Ph.D. in relevant areas could be counted towards industry experience depending on the thesis.* Must be a US citizen or green card holder* Proficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, Ansys HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro etc.* Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modeling* Knowledge of PA linearization and efficiency enhancement is a plus* Microwave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experience* Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques, e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.* Must have excellent teamwork and communications skills**Remote opportunities may be possible for this role**#LI-PG1*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
