Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the STMO team and drive adoption, understanding, and effective utilization of Amplify capabilities across the enterprise. This role requires strong executive presence, change management expertise, and the ability to translate complex data-driven strategies into clear communications and governance practices. A background in Master Data Management (MDM) is a strong differentiator for this position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize roadshows, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities to communicate Amplify's vision, progress, and business value
  • Develop and execute education and enablement programs to help teams effectively consume data and insights from C360 and Amplify solutions
  • Drive change management efforts to accelerate adoption and alignment across business and technology teams
  • Establish and manage Amplify governance forums including monthly/bi-weekly operating rhythms, decision tracking, and stakeholder accountability
  • Create executive-level communications and narratives that translate complex concepts into compelling stories for diverse audiences
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and enterprise communication skills
  • Experience leading organizational change management and adoption programs
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and business functions
