Ideal candidates will have experience in compensation benchmarking, preparing materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, and leading communication plans. This role requires a high degree of analytical skill, close attention to detail, and absolute discretion.
Essential Responsibilities:
You are excited about this opportunity because...
  • You want to be part of an innovative people strategy that is redesigning how we attract and reward high-performing talent.
  • You enjoy developing and redefining short- and long-term incentive and equity plans.

  • You are effective at plan administration and participant communications, partnering with Legal and Finance.

We're excited about you because...
  • You have a proven track record of contributing to market analyses of company jobs to determine the competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs.
  • You are adept at translating strategic direction into an achievable roadmap.
  • You can model and analyze various compensation-plan designs to develop options and a recommended approach.
  • You can operate independently, taking concepts and filling in the details to bring them to life through design, implementation, and change management.
  • You recognize that compensation is deeply personal for employees. You are able to balance technical IQ with the emotional intelligence necessary to communicate complex decisions effectively across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation, including at least 4 years of direct experience in short- and long-term incentive plan administration plus at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
  • Experience in a publicly traded company.
  • Familiarity with equity-administration platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Solium/Shareworks, Carta).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clear

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs.
