Salary/Bonus:: Starting at $130,000 and up to $200,000+ based on club performance

Position Overview:

As a District Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and culture across multiple Amped Fitness locations. You will mentor and lead General Managers and their teams, ensuring each facility meets revenue, membership, and service goals while maintaining our high standards and energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Maintain Amped Fitness culture and high-energy standards across all assigned locations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and membership targets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and in-club teams
  • Recruit and cultivate top-tier talent
  • Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain strong member relationships and exceptional customer service standards
  • Oversee personal training programs to ensure consistent growth and healthy draft performance

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
  • Proven experience in sales management, strategy development, and hitting revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience analyzing KPIs and making strategic adjustments
  • Background in the fitness industry preferred
  • HVLP gym experience required
  • Prior multi-unit or district-level management experience is a must
