The Field Sales Prospect Marketing team sits within the Middle Market Prospect organization and plays a pivotal role in accelerating customer acquisition and revenue growth. We partner closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to develop data-driven go-to-market strategies, compelling customer value propositions, and scalable marketing programs that help Sales colleagues engage, convert, and deepen relationships with high-potential business prospects.
The Senior Manager, Field Sales Prospect Marketing & Journey Orchestration will play a key role in evolving the lead nurture and sales activation ecosystem for middle market acquisition.

This role is responsible for enabling transformational content, engagement intelligence, marketing profiling, affinity tagging, personalization capabilities, and consultative outreach workflows that strengthen coordination between marketing and sales.

Partnering across Analytics, Sales teams, Sales Enablement, and Marketing Technology, this position will help operationalize the infrastructure required to support adaptive campaigns, engagement-triggered activation, AI-assisted personalization, and future-state marketing orchestration capabilities - ensuring we reach the right prospects, with the right message, at the right moment, through their channel of choice.

The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, content strategy, or sales enablement
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting Business Development (BDR/SDR) or sales-led growth motions
  • Experience developing content and engagement strategies for complex products and mid-market audiences
  • Experience working with Marketing Technology teams or managing capability requests

Content Strategy & Sales Enablement

  • Support the evolution of modular, discoverable content ecosystem optimized for personalization, AI-assisted discovery, and cross-channel engagement.
  • Develop high-quality, persona-driven content and collateral to support Field Sales Lead Warming and one to one outreach 
  • Support ownership and optimization of email strategy
  • Collaborate with managed services teams and analytics teams to create a cross channel measurement strategy and regularly share results and insights. 
  • Enable affinity tagging strategies to build richer profiles of cold leads and support more targeted engagement 
  • Partner with external and internal team to develop dynamic, personalized content (e.g., GIFs, visual assets) that improve engagement and response rates
  • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled marketing, workflow automation, and performance measurement

 

Sales & Marketing Orchestration

  • Build and operationalize the marketing signal engine that translates engagement into behavior scoring
  • Design the orchestration layer between marketing engagement and sales activation 
  • Improve marketing-to-sales handoff strategies, sales prioritization logic, and consultative engagement timing
  • Partner with Sales Enablement teams to develop consultative outreach strategies aligned to buyer engagement behavior 
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align campaigns with sales outreach and sales plays 
  • Partner with AIM to understand our audience and develop use cases for when new information is identified

 

Performance Measurement & Insights

  • Support measurement of marketing impact on sales pipeline, including engagement, meeting quality, and conversion 
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities to improve outreach effectiveness and content performance 
  • Partner with Analytics teams to enhance reporting and visibility into lead warming and engagement outcomes 


Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital engagement, segmentation, and personalization in a B2B environment
  • Ability to mine CRMs for data and translate into insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement and performance
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and sales engagement tools (including email sequencing and outbound optimization)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
