Job description

About the Role:

American Solar & Roofing is looking for a Solar Field Project Manager to coordinate and execute on all of our residential solar projects. This role mixes office work with regular site visits to check progress and support customers. This role is perfect for someone who is driven to achieve results and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

  • Visit job sites regularly to check quality, safety, and progress
  • Communicate with homeowners and provide weekly updates
  • Schedule projects with other project managers
  • Review materials and track job costs
  • Coordinate inspections and work with AHJ's and utilities
  • Update project notes, photos, and documentation in our systems

What you will need:

  • Experience in solar in a crew lead or similar position
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
