Job description

Pharmacist – Bespoke Pharmaceuticals LLC

Bespoke is seeking a Compounding Pharmacists for its 503 A Medicines and 503 B.

The individual for this position is required to maintain strict adherence to compounding regulations, provide training to pharmacy technicians, and to ensure that sterility and accuracy of formulation are maintained for customized medicines.

If you enjoy problem-solving in a hands-on environment and value meticulous attention to detail, this role can be both rewarding and impactful.

Key Requirements

Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals, chemistry, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance with legal standards (State /FDA)

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical calculations, drug compatibility, and quality assurance

Proficiency with compounding equipment, pharmacy information systems, and compliance with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines

Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication with both healthcare professionals, patients, non-pharmacy staff are important skills to have.

Must adhere strict to compounding regulations, ensuring the sterility and accuracy of formulations, and managing customized medication requests for diverse patient populations.

Strong and effective collaboration with physicians, other healthcare practitioners.

Qualifications

PharmD degree and must have Passed the North American Pharmacist Licensure (NAPLEX) and the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE)

Minimum of a Nevada State Pharmacy license. Additional states license is an added bonus.
