Job Description:

The Fine Dining Busser is responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleans appropriate areas, and sets tables for further use ensuring a positive guest experience in the Fine Dining Restaurant. These include:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • completing all established set-up
  • Stocking and closing duties on time; clearing, cleaning and resetting tables according to procedures and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
