We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist to ensure our team stays sharp, compliant, and on top of their game! If you have experience in the precious metals industry and are committed to delivering high-quality service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all inbound/outbound customer calls to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Spot red flags and escalate them to management for immediate follow-up and correction.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, staying informed of updates.
  • Document call evaluations, compliance concerns, and resolutions for audits and reporting.
  • Collaborate with legal and management teams to address compliance risks and improve processes.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the precious metals industry a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be concise in all communications.
  • Diligent follow-up skills for effective resolution to all tasks.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
