Key Job Notes:


  • Hourly Pay is based on credentials, relevant experience and the interview process.

  • Applicants with experience as national educators in barbering or as a stylist with a focus on mens grooming are who we look for and will be top of the hourly range.

  • Applicants certified in the American Crew Method or ACED are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Applicants with previous experience at a Ritz Carlton or strong customer centric hospitality brand are also strongly encouraged to apply, regardless of technical background. (we will hone your technical skills.)

  • Emerson Joseph Haircuts last 45 minutes giving the stylist time to do their best work for every client.

  • Our American Crew National Educators on staff ensure every new hire receives the industrys top Mens Work certifications within their first 90 days.

Job Requirements:


  • Full time (40 hours a week)

  • Evening and Saturday shifts are mandatory

  • Willing to invest in personal career growth. (Professional development assistance and tuition reimbursement options are available.)

  • Black out days around national holidays. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day)
