Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Administrator to lead our ambulatory surgery center. As Nurse Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of clinical and administrative functions across the surgery center.
  • Supervise nursing staff, perioperative teams, and support personnel, driving effective team management and professional development.
  • Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols, HIPAA, and clinical documentation standards.
  • Oversee operational workflows — scheduling, case flow, and utilization — to optimize efficiency and patient throughput.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accreditation and regulatory requirements for ambulatory surgical care.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality care.
