Job Title

Willis Knighton is seeking a National Registry EMT - Basic who attends patients transported by the Willis Knighton Ambulance service. The EMT must have current BLS certification and the ability to obtain a Louisiana license, an appropriate certification level for this position and you must have a clear chauffeurs driver's license. This full-time EMT job duties include, but are not limited to, ambulance inspections for cleanliness and proper equipment and medical supplies. Keeping a ready response vehicle for patient transport daily, will work cooperatively with other transport team members & demonstrate good public relations skills in dealing with physicians, nurses, hospitals, and referral agencies. They will also maintain professional behavior and represent Willis Knighton in a positive manner.
