Compensation:

$34 - $48 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored electrical solutions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Document all service activities accurately, maintaining detailed records for future reference and compliance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery and personal growth.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Qualifications:
  • Hold a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Maintain an active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license through TDLR.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or light-industrial service as a Journeyman.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical codes, and regulations accurately.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
