Purpose

IDEMIA Secure Transactions is seeking a Manager, Lean Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations to drive the transformation of our logistics performance across multiple sites.
We are looking for a leader with a strong "builder" mindset - someone who has operated in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., Amazon, leading 3PLs, automated warehouses) and knows how to translate that experience into a secure, industrial context.
This role combines network-level ownership with hands-on execution: you will design Lean systems, drive standards, and work directly on-site to deliver measurable results.

Key Missions
  • Own and drive warehouse performance across sites (throughput, cost per unit, productivity, SLA, inventory accuracy)
  • Design, standardize, and roll out Lean strategy  focused on optimizing the flow of materials, information and resources including : daily management systems (tier meetings, visual boards), standard work and operating procedures, performance routines and escalation processes, problem-solving frameworks (root cause, Kaizen)
  • Lead on-site transformations (layout redesign, flow optimization, labor productivity, slotting, pick/pack efficiency)
  • Build and institutionalize performance management systems (real-time KPIs, dashboards, governance cadence)
  • Drive scalability and peak readiness (volume ramp-ups, staffing models, capacity planning)
  • Lead deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions: WMS optimization, scanning & tracking systems, warehouse automation (conveyors, sortation, AGVs where relevant), data-driven decision tools
  • Support warehouse retrofits and operational upgrades
  • Develop and coach site teams to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Benchmark against best-in-class operators (Amazon, top-tier 3PLs) and continuously raise the bar

What Success Looks Like
Fully deployed and adopted Lean supply chain system across all sites
Significant gains in throughput, labor productivity, and cost per unit
Robust, real-time performance visibility and management routines
Tangible ROI from automation and digital initiatives
Strong operational discipline and ownership mindset at site level

Profile & Other Information
  • 5-10 years in warehouse operations / logistics, including time in high-performance environments (Amazon, major 3PLs, e-commerce, automation-heavy operations)
  • Proven track record of designing and rolling out Lean systems in logistics environments
  • Engineering background required (industrial, mechanical, supply chain, or equivalent), with strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong expertise in Lean, process optimization, and labor productivity
  • Experience with WMS, warehouse technologies, and automation systems
  • Ability to operate both:
    • hands-on on-site
    • and at network / standard-setting level
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to drive change across sites
  • Data-driven, pragmatic, and execution-focused
