Job Title: Driver Helper

Location: Based out of Amazon Delivery Station DGR3 at Sterling Heights, MI Compensation: $18.00 per hour Shift Time(s): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Bravo Transportation is seeking motivated team players to join our delivery team as Driver Helpers. You'll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community. What You'll Do: As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. Your responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading packages (up to 150–200 packages per day)
  • Handling large and bulky items using proper equipment (team lift required for weights ranging from 50–75 lbs)
  • Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
  • Working 3–4 days per week, up to 10 hours per day (including breaks)

What You'll Need:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Physical Demands: This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.

Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and involves both indoor and outdoor conditions.
