To thrive as an Amazon Software Engineer (Part Time), you need strong programming skills (such as Java, Python, or C++), a solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), version control systems like Git, and agile development tools is typically required.
