The Senior Account Manager is an expert in the creation and coordination of client strategy that ties back to goals, benchmarks, and targets. They are responsible for being the client relationship owner for Enterprise accounts, and maximizing opportunities for growth within their client book.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Management of assigned client book, defining a roadmap to reach set goals
  • Report on performance with details around trends, tactics implemented and next steps
  • Outline the priority action items for delegation; Meet with direct reports to discuss priorities & support challenges/roadblocks
  • Mentor Specialists and Junior Account Managers; act as a Navigator (peer buddy) for AM new hires
  • Ensure top-line, measurable growth for client book, aiding in client retention and satisfaction
  • Subject Matter Expert for client relationship management
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices for use in client education and company thought leadership.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture, including engaged contribution to team calls, as well as department and company calls
  • Benchmarks Required for this Role:
  • Expert project delivery and strategy across platforms including Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon International and Walmart
  • Expert in clear and timely written and verbal communication both internally and client-facing
  • Dependable and timely completion of work in line with task and projects deadlines
  • Cross-functional team management including coaching, empowering, and delegating tasks) so that each account team member feels invested in their work and aligned on growing the client's business
  • Expert in high-quality delivery of responsibilities incorporating Acadia best practices and industry expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others including navigating challenges and obstacles
  • Expert strategic creation and coordination of client strategy that ties back to client goals, benchmarks, and targets
  • Expert ability to identify and communicate big picture trends across marketplaces, categories, and industries internally and to clients
  • Prepare, plan, and lead client calls with a clear call agenda that communicates progress towards high-level initiatives, strategic next steps, and projected future outcomes
