- Write copy that translates complex satellite technology into clear, engaging, human language
- Monitor trends daily and produce reactive content on same-day timelines
- Own the Sprinklr publishing workflow end-to-end - QA, formatting, tagging, link tracking, scheduling - with zero-error execution
Program Operations & Coordination (~30% of role)
- Manage Leo's 30-day rolling content calendar across all sources (in-house, agency, cross-functional)
- Serve as day-to-day operational contact with the agency partner on content handoffs and quality standards
- Pull weekly performance data and surface actionable insights on top- and bottom-performing content
- Support community engagement during high-volume launch moments; escalate per response protocol
- Maintain the content asset library and collaborate with Product Marketing, PR, and regional teams on content alignment
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S

permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
A day in the life
Scan trends and brand mentions. Spot a reactive moment, draft copy, get it live

Edit a Reel for tomorrow's launch milestone. Review agency-submitted assets for brand alignment. Publish scheduled posts.

QA the rest of the week's calendar. Pull a quick performance snapshot. Respond to a cross-functional Slack requesting a social asset for a media moment.

Draft copy, drop it in the approval queue, move on. Every day moves this fast.
About the team
Amazon Leo's marketing team is building the brand for a new satellite internet service designed to bring fast, reliable connectivity to customers and communities worldwide. This role sits within social media and works daily with agency creative partners, paid media teams, product marketing, and public relations

You'll create the content that introduces millions of people to a brand they've never seen before, making complex space technology feel human and worth paying attention to. We're a small, fast-moving team preparing for a global launch. Real ownership from day one.
