Seasonal window:~Immediate Start Jan 15, 2026Goal:Convert strong seasonaldelivery driverhires tofull-time permanentroles after peak.

About the role:Vacation Pace Logistics (an Amazon Delivery Service Partner) is hiring seasonaldelivery drivertalent for the holiday peakwith the intention to convert top performers to permanent roles(based on business need). If youre a safety-minded, reliabledelivery driverwho enjoys being on the move, youll get Amazon packages to customerssafely and on timeand set yourself up for a long-term spot.

Pay & Perks

  • $23.00/hour starting base
  • Guaranteed overtime during the holiday season(OT at1.5xafter 40 hrs/week)
  • Guaranteed raise upon conversion to permanent(amount set in offer, based on performance)

  • Safelydrive and operatea van in all weather conditions as adelivery driver
  • Use a handheld device for routing, package scans, and customer updates
  • Load, deliver, and unloadpackages (lift up to50 lbs)
  • Navigate varied routes;enter/exit vehicle and climb stairsfrequently
  • Be customer-obsesseddeliver packages and smiles on time

What youll need (Delivery Driver Requirements)

  • 21+ years oldandeligible to work in the U.S.
  • Valid drivers license (no CDL required)
  • Consent to apre-employment drug screen
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to meet safety & performance standards as adelivery driver

Path to Permanent (How seasonal delivery drivers convert)

  • Attendance & reliability,safety record,route performance & accuracy, andteamwork/customer obsessiondetermine conversion
  • Conversions occur immediately after peak and depend on performance and business needs
