Amazon Connect Decisions is an AI-powered supply chain planning and decision intelligence solution launched in April 2026

Powered by 30+ years of Amazon operational science and 25+ specialized supply chain tools, Connect Decisions delivers adaptive intelligence through AI "teammates" that learn from customer teams, continuously improving how they forecast, plan, and respond to disruption.

- Build and refine playbooks for partner-led customer acquisition, converting partner demand signals into qualified pipeline
- Coordinate with field teams (AMs, SAs) on joint customer engagements and proof-of-concept motions
- Serve as the partner-facing subject matter expert on Connect Decisions capabilities
