We are seeking an entry-level Sales Coordinator to support the Amazon sales team and introduce a developing associate to Dematic's processes, commercial tools, customer portfolio, and lifecycle offerings. This role is designed to strengthen internal sales execution by supporting Account Managers with Salesforce activity, opportunity administration, pricing support, customer follow-up, and workload management.
The Sales Coordinator acts as a force multiplier for the team-helping keep the backend running smoothly so Account Managers can stay focused on customer engagement, responsiveness, and growth. This role is intentionally built with career progression in mind and serves as a natural development path toward a future Regional Account Manager role.We offer:

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Support Sales Operations and Opportunity Management: Open, update, and manage opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal sales processes.
  • Assist Account Managers: Provide day-to-day support for Account Managers, including Salesforce administration, Below the Line opportunity support, RSPL coordination, customer follow-up, and general workload balancing.
  • Prepare Commercial Support Materials: Assist with order bookings, pricing breakouts, quote preparation, documentation, and internal handoffs to help opportunities move efficiently through the sales process.
  • Follow Up on Customer Leads: Track and follow up on customer leads, internal referrals, and small-scale requests to ensure timely response and proper ownership.
  • Support Site Research and Scope Development: Participate in site visits, gather scope details, research installed systems, and coordinate with internal teams to help define customer needs and next steps.
  • Manage Regional or Small-Scale Opportunities: Take ownership of regional, small-scale, or assigned opportunities as needed to support workload balance and maintain customer responsiveness.
  • Sales Process Aptitude: Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn Dematic's sales processes, lifecycle offerings, internal tools, and customer engagement model.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, follow up consistently, and keep opportunities moving without losing the important details.
  • Communication and Team Collaboration: Communicates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, asks thoughtful questions, and works effectively across sales, service, parts, pricing, and operations teams.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Professional Experience: Entry-level Sales role; prior experience in sales support, customer service, business administration, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a technical/industrial environment is helpful but not required.
  • Development Orientation: Interest in building a career in sales, account management, customer support, or lifecycle services within an automation or material handling environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience or demonstrated aptitude may be considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
