The role combines paid media operations, generative AI workflow design, campaign performance analysis, and content operations. The Associate will help create and manage systems that generate, organize, test, and optimize advertising assets at scale while ensuring campaign activity remains tied to business goals, revenue, margin, and return on ad spend.

This is an Associate-level role for a commercially minded operator who is interested in performance marketing, AI automation, ecommerce, and practical software-enabled business execution.

Primary Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for supporting campaign execution and helping build AI-enabled systems that improve the speed, quality, and analytical discipline of advertising operations.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining AI-assisted workflows for ad copy, creative briefs, landing page copy, product descriptions, campaign variants, and reporting.

  • Supporting campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Building prompt libraries and QA processes for AI-generated advertising content.

  • Organizing campaign assets, metadata, approvals, and performance data in a structured content management or campaign operations system.

  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using ROI-focused metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, contribution margin, and payback period.

  • Preparing reports and dashboards that connect advertising spend to revenue and business outcomes.

  • Identifying campaign improvement opportunities across creative, targeting, messaging, budgets, bids, keywords, placements, and landing pages.

  • Working with technical stakeholders to connect advertising workflows to AWS services, Bedrock models, databases, APIs, and reporting systems.

  • Documenting workflows, campaign procedures, testing frameworks, and automation requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

The successful candidate should have:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, marketing operations, ecommerce, or a related analytical role.

  • Experience using at least two major advertising platforms, such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, budget management, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics and ROI analysis.

  • Experience using generative AI tools for marketing content, workflow automation, campaign ideation, or ad copy development.

  • Strong writing ability, including the ability to create platform-specific advertising copy and campaign messaging.

  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, campaign exports, and analytical reports.

  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Interest in AI agents, automation, CMS workflows, and scalable content operations.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with AWS services, especially AWS Bedrock, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, or related cloud infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with advertising APIs, ecommerce APIs, analytics tools, or marketing data integrations.

  • Experience building or managing a CMS, product content database, campaign asset system, or marketing operations workflow.

  • Basic scripting or data skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, or no-code/low-code automation tools.

  • Experience with Amazon Marketplace, retail media, ecommerce, B2B SaaS, or performance-driven lead generation.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI workflow orchestration.

  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, marketing mix analysis, and margin-aware campaign optimization.

  • Relevant platform certifications or willingness to pursue them.

Example Projects

The Associate may work on projects such as:

  • Building an AWS Bedrock-powered workflow that generates ad copy variants for different products, audiences, and platforms.

  • Creating a campaign content management system for approved messaging, product claims, landing page copy, creative briefs, and platform-specific ad variants.

  • Developing reporting dashboards that compare ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Designing an AI agent that reviews campaign performance and recommends budget shifts, paused ads, new creative tests, and landing page changes.

  • Creating workflows that turn product data into Amazon Sponsored Brands copy, Google Shopping descriptions, Meta creative briefs, and LinkedIn B2B campaign messaging.

Performance Expectations

Success in the role will be measured by the candidate’s ability to:

  • Improve the speed and quality of ad asset generation.

  • Support consistent campaign execution across multiple advertising platforms.

  • Build practical AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual campaign operations.

  • Improve reporting clarity and connect campaign activity to business outcomes.

  • Help the company test more audiences, products, messages, and creative variations without increasing operational complexity proportionally.
