Our collections are available in specialty retailers and department stores around the world. Roman, Inc. has an immediate need for an E-Commerce Coordinator at our headquarters in Bloomingdale, IL.

Amazon E-commerce Coordinator 


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Ecommerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Amazon presence. This role will be responsible for maintaining product listings, improving product discoverability and content, managing our Brand Stores and A+ Content, monitoring account health, and resolving issues that could impact our products or account.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working within Amazon Seller Central, and able to troubleshoot issues independently while managing multiple products and priorities. They will also help with other ecommerce responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  Key Responsibilities on Amazon (5 days in the office)


•Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our Amazon stores and product catalog.

•Create, upload, and maintain product listings, ensuring all content and product information is accurate and up to date.

•Optimize listings for Amazon SEO, including keyword research, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.

•Create, publish, and maintain A+ Content across the product catalog.

•Monitor Amazon Account Health and proactively resolve policy violations, suppressed listings, compliance requests, and other account issues.

•Troubleshoot listing, catalog, variation, and content issues, working with Amazon Seller Support as needed to drive issues through resolution.

•Regularly audit our Amazon presence to identify opportunities to improve content, discoverability, accuracy, and the overall customer experience.

•Stay current on Amazon platform updates, policies, and best practices to ensure our account and catalog remain compliant and optimized.


Other Ecommerce Responsibilities


•This role will focus on Amazon but help out with other ecommerce responsibilities as needed such as managing our Shopify storefront, wholesale website, email marketing, social media, ect.

Qualifications

•Experience working with Amazon Seller Central required.

•Experience creating and managing Amazon product listings.

•Understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.

•Experience with Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores preferred.

•Familiarity with Amazon Account Health, Seller Support cases, and catalog troubleshooting.

•Experience with Amazon Brand Registry is a plus.

•Strong written communication and copywriting skills.

•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently investigate and resolve issues.

•Comfortable managing multiple products, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

•Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
