These are foundational roles within our newest therapeutic area, giving you the chance to make a real impact and support patients living with rare hematologic and oncologic conditions.

You'll join a driven and fast-growing organization with a strong track record in rare diseases, now expanding to help even more patients and their caregivers. You'll have the opportunity to lead engagement with HCPs and clinics across your territory, educate on disease and treatment pathways, and support access via our Cycle Vita patient hub. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to help drive launch success and build strong relationships across the hematology/oncology landscape.

Our Company

At Cycle Pharmaceuticals, we believe that Every Single Patient Matters. This is at the heart of why we work and were looking for people to join our team who share our vision. We know that life-changing treatments need life-improving product support to match, because when you put the two together, great things can happen.

At Cycle Pharma, we focus on providing treatments and services for patients with neurological, rare metabolic, and rare immunological conditions, most of which are genetic conditions. Some of our patients are diagnosed with a rare disease at birth, others are affected later in life, and some can spend years trying to get diagnosed. No matter what stage our patients or their caregivers are at, we strive to provide them with the support they require. • Educate providers on prescribing pathways and work closely with our HUB team to streamline patient access to treatments.
  • Identify, engage, and partner with key opinion leaders to support peer-to-peer education and community outreach.
  • Lead territory-level execution of new product launches and marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align on strategy and field insights.
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation, maintain compliance, and develop and deliver quarterly business plans tailored to your market dynamics.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven successful field-based sales experience in biopharmaceuticals.
  • Experience in hematology, oncology, and/or rare disease markets strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals.
  • Collaborative, ethical, and proactive team player.
  • Strong communication and CRM/data skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

What makes this role special

  • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with serious, underserved conditions.
  • Work across diverse therapeutic areas and projects.
  • Join a team that values agility, initiative, and collaboration.
  • Learn from leaders with deep experience and strong patient focus.

What can we offer to you

  • A homebased, flexible work environment with extensive travel, up to 70%.
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus
  • Employer funded private health insurance
  • Life insurance and 401(k) plan
  • Agile working policy and home-based flexibility
  • A fast-paced, supportive, and ambitious work environment
