E-Commerce Manager

Salary: $30–$33 per Hour DOE

Drive Online Growth & E-Commerce Success


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize online sales channels, with a primary focus on Amazon, Shopify, and other leading digital marketplaces. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, managing product listings, and implementing data-driven strategies that maximize online performance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and experienced in managing multiple e-commerce platforms while balancing marketing, inventory, and operational initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other digital sales channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Amazon Marketplace Management

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Optimize product listings through keyword research, SEO best practices, A+ Content, enhanced images, and accurate product data.
  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP.
  • Monitor account health, compliance requirements, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve rankings and marketplace visibility.

Shopify & Website Management

  • Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate website updates, product launches, collection updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Implement SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Ensure site functionality, merchandising, and customer experience remain best-in-class.

Marketplace Expansion

  • Manage product listings and sales performance across additional online marketplaces.
  • Maintain consistent branding, pricing, product content, and inventory availability across all channels.
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities into new marketplaces and digital sales platforms.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators including:
    • Revenue Growth
    • Conversion Rate
    • Website Traffic
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
    • Average Order Value (AOV)
    • Customer Acquisition Costs
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Use data to make strategic recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

Inventory & Operations

  • Partner with supply chain and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage forecasting, replenishment planning, and fulfillment strategies.
  • Support Amazon FBA, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and direct fulfillment operations.
  • Prevent stockouts, overstocks, and inventory discrepancies.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, online promotions, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute brand growth strategies.
  • Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, discounts, and marketplace-specific campaigns.
  • Support customer engagement and retention efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in E-Commerce Management.
  • Proven success managing Amazon and Shopify platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing online revenue and improving marketplace performance.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Experience managing Shopify stores, themes, and applications.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Advertising and PPC campaign management.
  • Experience with Google Ads and digital marketing strategies preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as:
