Location: Seattle, WA
Multiple Positions Available:
(1) Develop automated procurement systems for a national network of fast paced fulfillment centers specializing in sub same day delivery.
(2) Deep dive purchasing automation and be able to assess and fix failures while maintaining key business metrics.
(3) Support national network of fulfillment centers and optimize inbound operations.
(4) Use inventory management software, purchasing software, and automation systems to purchase and maintain required drug inventory at national and metropolitan fulfillment centers.
(5) Active engagement in process improvements to continually increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and supply chain processes.
(6) Ongoing analytics and analysis to ensure accurate lead time, safety stock, review cycle, order methods, min/max points, and usage.
(7) Single threaded owner to forecast and manage efficient inbound inventory flows and health, for the existing/new manufacturer programs.
(8) Build and maintain knowledge management tools such as wikis and shared drives.
(9) Regularly provides peer feedback and coaching to new team members inside/outside of their business unit or functional team.
(10) Build and influence future roadmap (incl. strategy, tooling, etc).
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $96949 - $128300)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline followed by one year of experience in the job offered or in a supply chain management occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline with three years of experience in the job offered or in a supply chain management occupation.
Experience must include one year of experience in each of the following:
(1) Supply chain management.
(2) Experience with an indirect/direct procurement function.
(3) Expertise with Generative AI systems to manage supply chain data.
(4) Oral and written business communication.
(5) Purchasing, including supplier relationship management.
(6) Influencing and negotiating with vendors in complex supply chains.
The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $96949 - $128300 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
