We are seeking an Fulfillment Support Assistant to serve as the critical link between our Fulfillment and Warehouse teams. This role ensures smooth day-to-day coordination, clear communication, and efficient execution of allfulfillment and order-processing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable leading people while supporting systems and processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the fulfillment, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate daily workflow including labor scheduling, task prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Oversee preparation of orders for shipment (picking, packing, labeling, staging, and loading)
  • Monitor receiving processes including unloading, product inspection, labeling, and storage
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within the company system and investigate discrepancies
  • Support quality control standards and assist with internal and external audits
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment with optimized space utilization
  • Document daily activity logs and report operational issues to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements

Role Requirements

  • Provide hands-on operational support to maintain accurate inventory counts
  • Frequently lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks
  • Strong verbal communication to coordinate with internal teams and customer service
  • Ability to remain mobile throughout shift – walking, standing, bending, reaching, climbing
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy warehouse environment
  • Follow established packing, receiving, and safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, ecommerce, or operations support
  • Experience coordinating teams or acting in a lead/support capacity
  • Knowledge of common warehouse and fulfillment practices
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Experience with inventory management systems
