Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Global Partner Development Manager (PDM) to own the full partner relationship lifecycle for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners across the Americas. In this role, you will manage relationships from recruitment and onboarding through capability development, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth - driving market expansion through co-sell motions, joint marketing campaigns, AWS Marketplace acceleration, and collaborative business planning with sales and industry teams.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of cloud technology, healthcare innovation, and strategic partnerships - ideal for someone passionate about driving business outcomes in the HCLS ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
The Partner Development Manager will identify and recruit HCLS ISV partners in target segments such as digital health, life sciences, payer, provider, and biopharma through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach

You will develop and maintain executive-level partner relationships through regular business reviews, technical engagement, and ongoing dialogue with partner leadership. This includes resolving partner escalations and coordinating across internal and customer teams to address complex challenges and maintain strong external partnerships. You will also evaluate partner capabilities, business models, and market alignment to determine fit with AWS partner programs and tiers, including APN Software Path progression from Validated to Differentiated status.

The PDM will execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, including account-based marketing, to generate leads, build pipeline, and drive partner-led revenue through co-sell motions. You will drive AWS Marketplace Private Offer (MPPO) volume and partner-driven AWS consumption growth while collaborating with Partner Marketing Managers on Joint Marketing Plans and MDF planning and execution. Requires promoting the partner value proposition both internally and externally, coordinating cross-functional teams to secure resources and support for partner initiatives.

Support partner sales opportunities through deal strategy, proposals, contract negotiations, funding, and customer presentations to close revenue.
