Position Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of strategic, large-scale projects for the North American fulfillment business. Work with Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering and Infrastructure, and Operations teams. Regularly communicate with senior management on status, risks and change control. Coordinate between various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. Work with business and technology teams to define requirements and high-level process/systems solutions. Prioritize high impact projects, obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, and schedule resources.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access; (2) forecasting, planning, optimization and supply chain logistics; and (3) project management and contractor management.
