Amazon is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support the Process Engineering team. This individual will be the owner of a process/product roadmap and ensuring delivery to the vision of the next generation of AMZL delivery station. This is a unique opportunity at a critical juncture in Amazons growth to drive end to end product delivery from inception to execution.

We are looking for a hands-on leaders with experience managing new product and process development for high dollar value programs.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies. You will work with organizations such as Worldwide (WW) Engineering and Design, WW Tech SME, Last Mile Delivery and Tech as well as Operations and Safety to innovate at scale and drive the development roadmap.

You will manage large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of AMZL delivery station.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the next generation of AMZL Delivery Stations.
- Work closely with a partner teams in Engineering, Tech and Operations to build impactful products
- Identify new programs to onboard and integrate.
- Lead execution of the product with high-level of discipline and engagement with the product development teams.
- Present concepts, designs, program updates and roadmap to senior leadership on a frequent basis

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hold partner teams accountable for delivery of project roadmap. Own a part of the vision of the next generation DS roadmap, including execution. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
- Drive a culture of innovation across the AMZL Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org.
- 30% travel based on business needs
