Alphanumeric is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to join our team supporting one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies in Upper Providence, Collegeville, PA. Our client has been a trusted partner for over 20 years and is dedicated to improving lives through groundbreaking medical and pharmaceutical innovation.

What You'll Do:
As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide comprehensive clinical services that promote employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance. You'll work independently while partnering closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Security, and site leadership.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide occupational health nursing care for work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Perform health assessments, triage, treatment, and emergency response.
  • Administer vaccinations and perform phlebotomy services.
  • Support employee health surveillance and medical monitoring programs.
  • Assist employees with Workers' Compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
  • Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety on workplace incident investigations and risk reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in ergonomic evaluations and recommend workplace improvements.
  • Support disability management and employee accommodation processes.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and medical directives.
  • Participate in emergency response training and site emergency preparedness activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Strong phlebotomy and vaccination administration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Preferred:
  • Occupational Health nursing experience.
  • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or industrial healthcare experience.
  • Workers' Compensation and case management experience.
  • Emergency response or emergency nursing experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and employee health surveillance programs.
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).
