Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Music team and help driving WW customer acquisition. You will define, execute, and measure Affiliate marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable growth for the business.

This marketing leader will be passionate about measuring ROI, as well as a thinking big to develop capabilities to optimize. This person will build highly impactful acquisition campaigns and test into white space opportunities. An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to acquire new Amazon Music subscribers and users through partnerships
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners that align with the Amazon Music brand and customer base
Negotiate and manage affiliate program terms, commission structures, and campaigns with partners
Monitor affiliate program performance and optimize campaigns to maximize subscriber/user acquisition and revenue
Create compelling affiliate marketing assets, promotional materials, and toolkits to enable partners to effectively promote Amazon Music
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Amazon Music marketing, content, and product teams to integrate affiliate campaigns
Analyze affiliate program data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Develop the strategy for channel growth in emerging markets.
Audit and update existing data pipelines in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Tech teams to ensure the highest level of data quality.
