Job description

Amazon Key is on a mission to enable seamless, authorized access to doors worldwide. If you're an expert storyteller with a passion for AI, this is the role for you.
Our marketing team is looking for an AI Creative Manager who is equal parts expert storyteller and AI builder. You will build AI agents that write our marketing copy-and write well enough to know when the machines get it wrong. You'll architect, train, and optimize generative AI systems that produce production-ready content across product marketing, email, web, and customer communications at scale.
Key job responsibilities
-Design, build, and optimize AI-powered content agents that generate on-brand marketing copy assets for Amazon Key
-Develop and maintain prompt libraries, style guides, and training datasets that encode Amazon Key's brand voice, messaging frameworks, and product positioning to ensure consistent, high-quality AI-generated content across all channels.
-Establish quality evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to continuously measure AI output against creative standards, identify gaps, and iterate on agent architecture, prompts, and fine-tuning strategies to improve output accuracy over time.
-Own the end-to-end content production workflow for Amazon Key written assets, from brief intake through AI-generated drafts to final editorial review, managing volume and velocity while maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.
-Partner cross-functionally with senior creatives, product marketing and marketing managers, and product management to translate business objectives into creative storytelling, ensuring agents are calibrated to support evolving campaign needs and go-to-market strategies.

You'll partner with product teams and commercial leaders to deliver high-impact content that fuels customer acquisition and brand preference. Amazon Key sits within the Ring and Amazon Devices organization. We innovate to deliver devices, software, and services to consumers and businesses. We often serve as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping. We are a uniquely cross-functional org within Amazon, and often serve as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping across global markets. Our team indexes highly on ownership, collaboration, and delivering results for our customers. We have lots of stakeholders worldwide, and we have relentlessly high standards for our high-visibility global programs. This role sits within the Amazon Key marketing team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of editor, content strategist, technical writer, or content developer experience
- Experience creating brand guidelines
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building, training, or managing AI/LLM-based content generation tools (e.g., prompt engineering, agentic AI workflows)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong writing ability across multiple formats (product copy, marketing campaigns, long-form content)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience in B2C and B2B tech brands

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
