In this role, you will own the supply chain roadmap for a portfolio of our largest and most strategic manufacturer and distributor partners, shaping how we work together to maximize product availability, drive operational excellence, and raise the bar on customer experience.
You will partner closely with Product, Vendor, and Customer Success Managers to translate business goals into measurable supply chain outcomes. You are passionate about emerging AI capabilities and actively experiment with how they can reshape supply chain decision-making. Above all, you lead with a customer-centric mindset and a bias for building solutions that scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and improve supply chain performance across your portfolio, translating KPI trends into clear actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across buying, demand planning, and inventory positioning, applying AI where it can unlock sharper insights and better decisions.
- Build scalable systems, processes, and automation that reduce manual work, improve decision quality, and enable the business to grow efficiently.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to improve cost structure, profitability, and supply chain efficiency, influencing roadmaps through data-backed recommendations.
- Deliver supply chain insights and narratives that shape business reviews and strategic decisions with Senior Leadership.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Vendor, and Customer Success Managers to deliver impact and raise the bar on customer experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant professional or military experience
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience working with complex data sets and advanced Excel
- Experience communicating results and recommendations to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced analytical techniques
- Experience applying AI or automation tools to solve business problems
- Track record of identifying where AI can improve decision-making and partnering with technical teams to bring those solutions to life
