What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Support plant operations by coordinating material movement to meet production and customer requirements.
  • Complete operational records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
