Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities beyond the reach of existing networks.
Join Amazon Leo's International Licensing and Compliance Legal Team and help shape the future of global satellite connectivity. You'll provide essential administrative support to our legal team as we navigate the complex landscape of satellite technology-work that directly impacts how communities worldwide access reliable internet


Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate legal and administrative matters, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence
- Establish and maintain systems and processes that facilitate knowledge sharing and information organization across the legal team
- Prepare and maintain status reports and documentation that track project progress and legal initiatives
- Manage document workflows using legal document management systems and coordinate with cross-functional partners including engineering, business development, and external counsel
- Assist with budget tracking and financial administration related to legal operations
- Leverage technology tools and applications to enhance efficiency and accuracy in administrative workflows
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S
