An Amazon Inventory specialist typically manages stock levels, organizes product locations, processes incoming shipments, and updates inventory records using specialized software. You may also be responsible for identifying discrepancies, conducting regular cycle counts, and coordinating with other teams to resolve inventory issues. Job description

Are you obsessed with data, partner success, taking action, and changing the game? If you have a whole lot of hustle and a touch of nerd, come work with Pattern! We want you to use your skills to push one of the fastest-growing companies headquartered in the US to the top of the list.

Pattern accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces leveraging proprietary technology and AI. Utilizing more than 66 trillion data points, sophisticated machine learning and AI models, Pattern optimizes and automates all levers of ecommerce growth for global brands, including advertising, content management, logistics and fulfillment, pricing, forecasting and customer service. Hundreds of global brands depend on Pattern’s ecommerce acceleration platform every day to drive profitable revenue growth across 60+ global marketplaces—including Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre. To learn more, visit pattern.com or email press@pattern.com.

Pattern has been named one of the fastest growing tech companies headquartered in North America by Deloitte and one of best-led companies by Inc. We place employee experience at the center of our business model and have been recognized as one of Newsweek’s Global Most Loved Workplaces®.

We need a Fulfillment Brand Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of brand partners through best-in-class logistics and fulfillment strategies. You'll serve as the primary liaison between Pattern's fulfillment partners and our logistics infrastructure — overseeing daily marketplace operations with a sharp focus on inventory management, order flow, and operational excellence. This is a full-time role that works a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.
What is a day in the life of a Fulfillment Brand Manager?
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners using Pattern's 3PL services, managing day-to-day logistics inquiries and fulfillment operations across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Oversee partner onboarding into Pattern's 3PL systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple online retail platforms.
  • Monitor account health metrics including inventory flow, shipping accuracy, and fulfillment speed — proactively identifying and resolving operational gaps before they impact partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Advertising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product readiness for promotional campaigns.
  • Develop strategic business plans focused on scaling partner accounts through operational efficiencies and Pattern's distribution network.
  • Gather and organize logistics data to deliver meaningful supply chain performance insights to brand partners.
  • Regularly evaluate the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities through supply chain improvements and efficient fulfillment models.
What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Experience leading logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain efforts — 3PL or high-stakes logistics environment preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive for data analysis and reporting.
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills — you can look at operational data and quickly identify what needs the most attention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing high-stakes partner relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.
  • Familiarity with Amazon (FBA/FBM) or other marketplace fulfillment requirements is a plus.
What does high performance look like?
  • You take full ownership of your portfolio — partners feel your proactive presence before issues arise, not after.
  • You translate complex logistics data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in fulfillment performance.
  • You resolve partner requests with professionalism and urgency, consistently exceeding SLA expectations.
  • You identify process gaps and build systems to close them — continuously improving how goods move through Pattern's network.
  • You follow through on every commitment, communicate proactively when priorities shift, and hold yourself accountable to results.
What is my potential for career growth?
This role is an excellent launchpad into senior account management, operations leadership, or supply chain strategy. You'll build deep expertise in 3PL operations, marketplace fulfillment, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth team. Pattern's fulfillment business is still being built — which means early contributors have outsized opportunities to grow with the team, take on leadership responsibility, and shape how the function operates long-term.
What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
  • First 30 days: Broad Pattern onboarding and fulfillment education — ask lots of questions, learn the systems, meet the team, and develop a deep understanding of the business.
  • First 60 days: Get into the tools yourself — take on a portfolio of brand partners, begin managing day-to-day operations independently, and identify your first improvement opportunities.
  • First 90 days: Fully ramped and self-sufficient — managing your portfolio proactively, delivering meaningful insights to partners, and contributing to the team's operational goals.
Why should I work at Pattern?

Pattern offers big opportunities to make a difference in the ecommerce industry! We are a company full of talented people that evolves quickly and often. We set big goals, work tirelessly to achieve them, and we love our Pattern community. We also believe in having fun and balancing our lives, so we offer awesome benefits that include:

- Unlimited PTO
- Paid Holidays
- Onsite Fitness Center
- Company Paid Life Insurance
- Casual Dress Code
- Competitive Pay
- Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance
- 401(k) match. Pattern matches 100% of the first 3% in eligible compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
