Description:

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Forklift Driver / Picker to join

our fulfillment team. This role focuses on picking and staging Amazon orders, operating

forklifts and RF scanners, and maintaining accurate inventory flow in a fast-paced

e-commerce warehouse.

Requirements:

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the warehouse.

• Pick, pack, and stage Amazon orders using RF scanners and pick tickets.

• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through handheld RF devices.

• Load and unload trailers; restock bulk and pick-front locations as needed.

• Communicate with team leads via walkie-talkies to coordinate workflow.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols.

• Assist in general warehouse tasks, including cycle counts, organization, and labeling.


What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Experience picking orders using RF scanners (Amazon or e-commerce experience a plus).

• Valid Forklift Certification preferred (training available for the right candidate).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.


Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, on-site — Monday through Friday, with potential overtime during peak seasons.
