Entry-level positions such as Amazon warehouse associate or picker/packer are generally the easiest jobs to obtain, as they often require minimal experience and have straightforward application processes. Will Amazon pay you $28 an hour to work from home?

Amazon Inbound roles, such as customer service or virtual support positions, typically do not pay $28 an hour for work from home. Associates often work in teams, using specialized equipment and technology to move and track inventory throughout the facility. The work environment is fast-paced and can involve standing or lifting for extended periods, but team leads and supervisors are available to offer guidance and support. This role is essential to keeping the fulfillment center running smoothly and offers opportunities for cross-training and advancement into leadership or specialized positions over time.

Job description

Turn Conversations Into Calls With a Brand People Already Know and Trust

Are you naturally great at building rapport, leading conversations, and helping people take the next step?

Do you prefer speaking with warm, engaged prospects instead of chasing cold leads?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

Weโ€™re hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter to turn social media conversations into booked discovery calls.

Youโ€™ll be speaking with private healthcare business owners from around the world who already know who we are, follow our content, and engage with our brand regularly.

These arenโ€™t cold prospects.
Theyโ€™re already interested.

Your role is to step into those conversations, build trust, ask the right questions, and guide qualified prospects toward booking a call with our team.

This position sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, and community engagement โ€” and plays a major role in driving company growth.

Who We Are

Weโ€™re Paul Gough Media, a global marketing and training company that helps private healthcare business owners grow and scale successful clinics.

Our founder, Paul Gough, is a 5x Amazon best-selling author, host of a top-rated business podcast, and former professional sports physical therapist turned business mentor.

Over the last decade, he has built a multi-million-dollar company ($5M+ and growing toward $10M), helping thousands of clinic owners improve their marketing, attract more patients, and increase profitability.

We operate from offices in Celebration, Florida and Hartlepool, UK, serving clients across the world.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and online communities
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and story replies with speed, personality, and professionalism
  • Turn engagement into genuine conversations
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand each leadโ€™s goals and challenges
  • Guide qualified prospects toward booking a discovery call
  • Follow up consistently with leads who havenโ€™t taken action yet
  • Re-engage inactive or โ€œghostedโ€ conversations
  • Track conversations, bookings, and follow-up activity

Youโ€™ll also help create simple weekly story prompts designed to spark engagement and generate new inbound conversations.

What Success Looks Like

This is a performance-driven role with clear targets and measurable outcomes.

Successful team members consistently:

  • Book 15โ€“20 qualified calls per month
  • Maintain a 75%+ show rate on booked calls
  • Influence 8+ program sales per month through strong pre-call relationship building
  • Respond to all new inbound interactions within 24 hours
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of active conversations
Youโ€™ll Thrive in This Role If You:
  • Have experience handling inbound leads through social media or online communities
  • Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently
  • Can guide conversations naturally without sounding scripted or pushy
  • Understand how to move people from engagement to action
  • Are comfortable following up consistently
  • Enjoy working toward targets and being measured on performance
  • Stay organised while managing multiple conversations simultaneously
This Role Probably Isnโ€™t for You If You:
  • Prefer content creation or design over direct communication
  • Havenโ€™t previously converted leads into bookings or sales
  • Avoid follow-ups or feel uncomfortable asking for commitment
  • Are looking for a passive community management position
Compensation
  • Base salary: $40,000โ€“$55,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Monthly commission tied to qualified calls booked and sales influenced

This is a results-focused role where strong performance is rewarded. High performers consistently grow their earnings through commissions on top of a competitive base salary.

What Youโ€™ll Get
  • No cold outreach โ€” all leads are inbound and warm
  • Daily access to engaged, qualified prospects
  • Clear KPIs and performance-based bonuses
  • Structured onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching
  • A high-performance team culture built around ownership, speed, and results
  • Career progression opportunities into senior sales or account management roles
  • Monthly team events and potential travel opportunities across the US and UK
A Final Word From Paul

โ€œIf youโ€™ve ever thought, โ€˜Iโ€™d be great at sales if I just had better leads,โ€™ this is your opportunity. We generate a high volume of warm interest every single day โ€” we just need the right person to capture it, nurture it, and turn it into booked calls.

If you genuinely enjoy helping people, think quickly, and arenโ€™t afraid to follow up, weโ€™d love to hear from you.โ€
