Job description

This is a Day 1 opportunity to help shape financial strategy and work on challenging problems at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and finance while gaining exposure to senior leadership and high-visibility projects.
Amazon Health is transforming how people access and experience healthcare. As part of this mission, Amazon One Medical (AOM) is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Strategic Growth and Network Development (SGN) finance team during an exciting period of expansion and innovation.
This is a high-impact role where you'll partner directly with business leaders and finance stakeholders to drive strategic decisions, primarily by partnering with our sales team to drive operational excellence through building structured mechanisms and conducting deep dives. You'll deliver critical performance insights, ensure financial controllership excellence, and help evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities, including healthcare partnerships, network expansion, and new product development.
Key job responsibilities
Independently own finance partnership for the One Medical Sales team
Design and implement mechanisms and deep dives into the sales pipeline to identify improvements and hold a high bar for the sales team
Strategic planning and analysis of health care partnerships and new product development
FP&A for One Medical for Business: Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to business leaders, e.g., WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs


Architecting new processes for FP&A using "AI native" workflows
Quarterly guidance cycles, OP1/OP2, and long-range forecasting
Internal head-count reporting and hiring best-practices

Partner with SGN leadership and finance stakeholders to develop financial strategies and business cases for strategic growth initiatives; Deliver actionable performance insights through rigorous analysis and clear storytelling; Support financial planning, forecasting, and controllership for high-growth investment areas; Evaluate and model strategic opportunities, including healthcare partnerships and new product launches; Drive data-driven decision-making by building robust financial models and analytical frameworks; Manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across finance, operations, and business teams; and Simplify complex financial scenarios into clear recommendations for leadership.
