A day in the life
As a Benefits Manager for our pharmacy plans, you'll spend your time balancing strategic thinking with hands-on program management

You might start your morning reviewing member feedback and pharmacy vendor performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, then shift into a cross-functional meeting with our healthcare leadership and technology teams to discuss specifications for a new pharmacy integration. Throughout the day, you'll synthesize complex program data into actionable recommendations, support colleagues across benefits operations, compliance, and finance with your pharmacy expertise, and work through vendor relationships to ensure our innovative pharmacy model continues to deliver value. You'll also prepare proposals for senior leaders and manage the interdependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives-all while keeping the member experience at the center of your decisions.
