We're seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to join our Ads Product Marketing team. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between product development and go-to-market execution, translating complex advertising solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with advertisers and drive product adoption at scale.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy through deep customer insights and competitive intelligence

You'll own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle-from informing the product roadmap through voice-of-customer research to crafting positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in market. Your work will directly influence how thousands of advertisers discover, adopt, and maximize value from Amazon Ads products.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative storytelling, thrives in ambiguous environments, and has a proven track record of launching products that achieve measurable business impact. You'll need to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, moving seamlessly from conducting advertiser research to developing sales enablement materials to presenting product vision to senior leadership.
Key job responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers to align on customer research priorities that will inform the product roadmap.
2. Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to identify the most promising opportunities for Amazon Ads products.
3. Communicate the product vision and direction to internal and external stakeholders to drive buy-in and adoption, establishing a regular cadence of stakeholder engagement.
4

Partner with Product Managers to recommend customer feedback prioritization, support effective Alpha/Beta testing, and refine the strategic roadmap.
5. Align GTM strategy to the product roadmap, translate complex product information into simple and clear language, and continue to gather customer feedback post-launch to inform future iterations.
6. Develop single-source-of-truth documentation to enable sales and marketing with positioning, messaging, product availability, best practices, implementation guides, and FAQs.
