The Sales Go-to-Market (SGTM) organization sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the field teams who sell it

Given this team's unique position within the Ads org, the SGTM organization is often called upon to help drive GTM strategy and organizational change when doing so results in clear benefits for our customers. As a GTM Specialist for Amazon Business Ads, you will join a dedicated global GTM team responsible for Sales Strategy, Demand Generation, supporting new product launches, educating sellers/advertisers on product capabilities and features, and keeping a pulse on advertisers/industry to provide Closed Loop Feedback between product and sales.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and implement regional GTM strategies for our B2B ads vision in partnership with Amazon Business Retail, Product, Marketing, and Sales Marketing.
- Drive strategic vision through leadership documents and contribute to three-year plans.
- Enable and train sales to drive demand, increase product adoption, and accelerate revenue.
- Evangelize our product offerings in market at conferences, as well as agency and client meetings.
- Continuously collect customer feedback to validate demand while working with Product to build and expand our solutions.
- Identify input and output metrics to measure success, and understand underlying trends to shape our demand generation plans.
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and lead strategy across multiple global sites.
- Effectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organization.
