Help shape new Generative AIUX products for AWS customers
Our team builds Generative AIUX products that transform the way customers design. We are focused on the future of design driven development and democratizing innovation for all builders. We deliver a shared platform across multiple products, and we work on AI-powered tools that use Design Systems to build interfaces, and accelerate design, development, and validation workflows.

The two products you will be working on are Venue and project Arena. Venue is an AI powered internal prototyping tool that helps AWS builders create new features using the AWS Cloudscape Design system. Arena is an external version of the tool that helps scale this offering to all of Amazon and to external customers with a focus on 0-1 rapid prototyping.


We are seeking a talented and passionate generative/agentic AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced AIUX solutions. AIUX is the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and User Experience. AIUX focuses on making sure the user experience is bar raising for a human and simultaneously works well with agents.

This includes designing for trust, transparency (letting users know they are interacting with AI), and providing control (allowing users to edit or undo AI actions). It enhances productivity, automates repetitive tasks, and creates more engaging, intuitive, and efficient user experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in generative and agentic AI and data analysis to create intelligent and transformative AI applications.


In this role, you will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to build and enhance our generative AI platform. You will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our product and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
