About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our digital sales channels across Amazon and our website store. This role ensures our online storefronts remain accurate, organized, and optimized while continually identifying opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and overall channel performance.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll help bring e-commerce strategies to life by implementing new products, promotions, merchandising updates, and operational improvements across our online sales channels. While the Marketing Director establishes strategic direction and priorities, you'll play an important role in executing those initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping optimize the performance of our digital storefronts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with continuous improvement-someone who takes pride in keeping complex e-commerce ecosystems running smoothly while always looking for ways to make them better.

Primary ResponsibilitiesAmazon Marketplace Operations
  • Own the day-to-day management of the Amazon Seller Central account.
  • Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings.
  • Maintain product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ Content, and Brand Store content.
  • Monitor listing health, suppressions, stranded inventory, and account notifications.
  • Coordinate Amazon FBA inventory levels and partner with Operations to maintain product availability.
  • Monitor Amazon fees, reimbursements, storage costs, and account health.
  • Implement promotions, coupons, and marketplace campaigns while recommending opportunities for improved performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve listing quality, search visibility, and conversion performance.
Website Store Operations
  • Manage and maintain the website's online store and product catalog.
  • Create and update product listings, collections, and shopping categories.
  • Ensure pricing, inventory visibility, promotional pricing, and product information remain accurate.
  • Implement new products, merchandising updates, and promotional campaigns within the online store.
  • Monitor the shopping experience and proactively identify opportunities to improve usability, merchandising execution, and conversion.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to continually optimize the online shopping experience.
E-commerce Operations
  • Perform routine audits to ensure pricing, inventory, promotions, and product information remain accurate across all sales channels.
  • Coordinate with Operations to maintain inventory accuracy and FBA replenishment.
  • Resolve listing issues, catalog discrepancies, and marketplace health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate product relationships, compatibility information, and category organization.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
Analytics & Performance

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including:

  • Amazon sales performance
  • Website sales
  • Conversion rate
