Key job responsibilities
You will build and lead the organization that selects, implements, and operates the ERP platform underpinning our division's manufacturing and supply chain operations. As first hire, you will stand up the team and own the program end-to-end, from platform selection through implementation and into steady-state operations.
- Build, lead, and develop the ERP organization from the ground up, hiring and growing a team that scales to 30+ anticipated full-time employees plus a managed contractor workforce.
- Define the ERP operating model, organizational structure, and staffing plan across functional, technical (basis/platform), integration, and change management disciplines.
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, and quality stakeholders to translate business processes into ERP capabilities and integration requirements (MES, PLM, WMS, and adjacent systems).
- Lead systems integrator (SI) selection and manage SI delivery, scope, schedule, and commercial performance.
- Own vendor and contract negotiations for ERP licensing/subscription and SI statements of work, including commercial structure, SLAs, and exit terms.
- Establish governance, decision rights, and steering committee cadence; manage the program budget and report total cost of ownership, status, and risk to senior leadership.
- Create mechanisms that drive timely, accurate delivery, and drive continuous improvement so delivery and operations improve over time.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- MBA
- Experience building an ERP or enterprise systems organization from the ground up.
- Experience with greenfield manufacturing ERP deployments.
- Experience across manufacturing (production planning, shop floor execution, MES integration) and supply chain (demand planning, inventory management, WMS, procurement) process domains.
- Experience operating ERP in steady state, including platform/basis operations and organizational change management.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
