Job description

Are you ready to shape how the world's most innovative agencies and tech companies experience Amazon Ads. At Amazon Ads, we're not just selling advertising - we're crafting full-funnel growth strategies that empower brands to reach their full potential. We believe that breakthrough advertising happens when deep understanding meets innovative technology.

Our team is dedicated to developing innovative marketing solutions, providing actionable insights and opportunities for advertisers, and partnering with agencies and tech innovators to drive mutually beneficial growth.
To accelerate the next phase of Amazon Ads development, we're committed to deepening the scale and ambition of our partnerships across a diverse landscape of agencies and tech innovators. Amazon Ads Partners play a crucial role in this landscape, helping brands achieve and exceed their desired outcomes through tech innovation and expert managed services. Our team builds partnerships across the advertising landscape to drive innovation and growth for all brands, including those that do not sell on Amazon.com.
At the heart of this initiative is the Amazon Ads Partner Growth Marketing Team

We enhance partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. To further our mission, we're seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our strategic events portfolio for partner integration - including ownership of partner-focused event franchises such as the Amazon Ads Partner Growth Summit, our flagship annual partner engagement moment.
This role sits at the intersection of event strategy, partner marketing, and executive engagement

You will own the end-to-end strategy for how partners experience Amazon Ads through our events portfolio - from flagship partner-specific events (e.g., Partner Growth Summit, Partner Preview) to partner integration within broader Amazon Ads tentpole moments (e.g., unBoxed, Cannes Lions, Upfronts). You'll design programming that moves beyond one-way content delivery to co-planning, mutual commitment-setting, and strategic alignment at a leadership level.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in event strategy, partner marketing, and executive engagement programs. You combine deep understanding of partner needs with the ability to design experiences that drive measurable business outcomes - agreement expansion, product adoption, and long-term investment confidence

You should thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining strong program management capabilities to evaluate opportunities and measure success. Above all, you should be passionate about creating moments that strengthen partnerships and accelerate mutual growth.
Key job responsibilities
Own the partner events portfolio strategy: Define and execute the annual strategic events calendar, ensuring each touchpoint (Partner Growth Summit, Partner Preview, unBoxed, Cannes, Upfronts, CES) serves a distinct role in the partner engagement sequence
Lead the Partner Growth Summit franchise: Drive end-to-end strategy, programming, and execution of our flagship partner event for strategic co-planning, commitment-setting, and executive alignment with Agency and Tech Partner leaders
Design partner integration for Amazon Ads tentpole events: Develop partner-specific programming and activations within broader events (unBoxed, Cannes, Upfronts) that elevate partner visibility and drive strategic outcomes
Build co-planning and commitment frameworks: Create working sessions, co-build showcases, and accountability mechanisms that produce documented commitments and clear next steps
Drive executive engagement programming: Design experiences connecting partner leadership with Amazon Ads executives for strategic dialogue and relationship investment
Manage cross-functional event workstreams: Align event content with product roadmaps, commercial timelines, and strategic priorities across Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and PR
Measure and optimize event impact: Establish success metrics and post-event follow-up mechanisms that convert event moments into sustained business outcomes
Incorporate Voice of Partner insights: Integrate partner feedback to continuously shape event strategy, formats, and content.
