Role Overview

The Digital Analytics team is responsible for helping the ecommerce organization make data-driven business decisions. As the Manager of Digital Analytics, you will play a critical role in helping cross-functional partners understand the drivers of site performance while providing actionable insights to drive future strategy. You will own the analytics roadmap, define what to analyze and why, and lead the A/B testing and experimentation strategy to provide visibility into product and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics roadmap, defining what to analyze and why to provide visibility into product and marketing decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital analytics spanning Web, Mobile, Social, Email, and Media.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategy to drive UI recommendations and optimize key performance indicators.
  • Translate data into actionable business recommendations and handle ambiguous questions to explain performance drivers.
  • Mentor team members and develop a strong foundation of data-driven decision-making within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide reporting and analytics support.
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including Snowflake, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the company's digital analytics tools and ensure accurate tracking and data collection.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance is required.

Experience: Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in a strategic ecommerce analytics role, with a focus on tying insights to revenue and growth. This includes 3+ years of experience leading a digital analytics team and a proven ability to build analytics roadmaps.

Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on proficiency in either Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is non-negotiable. Candidates must also have experience with analytical SQL to query data from platforms like Snowflake (e.g., JOINs, SELECT, WHERE).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-brand or Center of Excellence (COE) environment.
  • Familiarity with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working with global or offshore team models.
  • High-level awareness of data warehouse platforms like Snowflake.

Manager, Digital Analyst

  • Experience in or ability to build analytics roadmaps (what to analyze & why)
  • Strong stakeholder influence & executive communication skills
