About Our Family

We're a busy, active family of five based in the St. Louis area, navigating the beautiful chaos of homeschooling three kids while running demanding professional lives. Our days are full and intentional - mornings at home with lessons, afternoons at co-op, and evenings at the pool, baseball fields, and volleyball courts. We love being together as a family, and that's exactly the point: we need support so we can actually be present for those moments instead of spending our weekends catching up on the household.

We have a sweet, small dog who is very much part of the family. We have a cleaning crew that comes every other Friday and a lawn service that keeps things tidy outside, but what's been missing is consistent, reliable support in between - someone to help keep the rhythm of the house going.

We've lived far from extended family for years and have always managed on our own, but we've reached a tipping point. Our household is organized and systems-oriented, and we're looking for someone who can step into that same energy, help us improve on what we've built, and take meaningful tasks off our plates.

We value clear communication, mutual respect, and a collaborative approach. Our hope is that our House Manager feels appreciated, supported, and like an important part of our family's day-to-day life.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and genuinely thrives in an independently managed role. You don't need a daily task list - once expectations are clearly established, you run with them. You're Type A in the best way: you notice what needs to happen, you take initiative, and you follow through without being asked twice.

You're warm and natural around kids, but you understand the importance of professional boundaries and operate with a behind-the-scenes, service-oriented mindset. You're a strong communicator who keeps the family informed without overcomplicating things. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating calm out of the everyday, takes pride in helping others, and finds fulfillment in making a family's life run a little more smoothly. If you're proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoy supporting others, we'd love to meet you.
