What is an Amazon Drop Off?

Amazon Drop Off jobs typically involve handling the process of receiving, organizing, and managing packages that customers return to Amazon via designated drop-off locations. Employees in these roles assist customers with the return process, ensure packages are properly labeled and sorted, and prepare items for shipment back to Amazon's warehouses. These positions may be based in Amazon physical stores, partner locations, or Amazon Locker+ sites. The work requires attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to handle packages efficiently.
